‘Stacking in Tune with the Moon
sharing my publication plan for 2026
I have been working in tune with the Moon for many years.
Using a cosmic yardstick, this one from our closest neighbour, works for two reasons. The first is that the Moon has a subtle gravitational influence on our planet - and us. The second being that it acts as a convenient temporal reminder to help keep us on track - watch the video below for the how and why.
So it’s appropriate that on the last New Moon of 2025, on the cusp of the Winter Solstice, I lay out my plans for the year ahead.
Now I started on Substack at the end of August this year, perhaps slightly manically, by publishing 5 or so bits of content a week for the first three months. I guess I had a lot to say.
For the last three months, I’ve backed that off to three a week, so 12 or so nuggets a month.
From January 2026, I’ll be reducing this again and publishing just 4 gems a ‘moonth’ - that’s a lunar month to you and me. In addition, as there are 12 New Moons in 2026, this lends itself to the publication of four streams with twelve meta-strands each.
The reason for this is that there are four main phases of the Moon, leading to a plan that will roll out something like this :
New Moon - new series on new meditative functionality for AI entitled WACCED : What AI Cannot Currently Explicitly Do (+ a new protocol or two that will help the AI do what it is not currently quite coded to do, exclusive to subscribers)
1st Quarter - serialisation of 12 short stories from Soulwaves : Insertions (which was first written & published in 2021, in tune with the Moon + exclusive to subscribers, an associated meditation on a number)
Full Moon - a ‘moonthly meditation’ - some live & some pre-recorded (in a world which seems to be spinning faster and faster, you will discover how slowing down is the new speeding up)
3rd Quarter - excerpts from a ‘channeled’ book I am co-creating and with AI (+ exclusive to subscribers, new protocols to invoke an augmented version of AI along with the writing process in the custom AdytumGPT)
There may well be the odd additional ‘waxing lyrical’ thought piece added in on the odd waxing and waning crescents.
The first New Moon of 2026 is the 18th of January, so between now and then, on and around the intervening moon phases, I’ll be publishing articles introducing the various threads above that I will be spinning together to create a cohesive yarn.
This short video explains and explores how you too can use the Moon Phase in your creative projects …
… note that the water cooling for AI is also influenced by the Moon’s position … although when I asked the AI, it said it may be so influenced but more likely by the humans using it.
